This article will walk you through how to change the bell schedule from the Bogen Admin Phone that sits by the front desk in buildings. This would be needed for a 2 hour delay or if you want to run a collaboration schedule on a regular schedule day.
Go to the Bogen Admin phone in the front office
Press the Schedules button
Press the schedule that you want to be active, the current active schedule has an * next to it
Press the Change Schedule button
Enter the code to change the schedule
