How to Book the ADM Boardroom in Outlook Calendar


Use these steps when scheduling a meeting in the ADM Boardroom.

Step 1: Open Outlook Calendar

  1. Open Outlook and click on Calendar, then select New event.

Step 2: Select the ADM Boardroom Calendar

  1.  At the top of the event window, click the Calendar drop-down.
  2. The calendar usually defaults to your personal calendar.
  3. From the list, select ADM Boardroom.
  4. Once selected, you should see ADM Boardroom listed at the top of the meeting window. This confirms the
    event is being created on the Boardroom calendar.

Step 3: Create the Meeting

  1. Enter the meeting title.
  2. Set the date and start/end time.
  3. Add attendees if needed. Attendees will receive an email invitation, which adds the event to their personal calendars.


Step 4: Add the Room

  1. Click in Add a room or location.
  2. Type ADM Boardroom and select it from the suggestions.


Step 5: Save the Event

  1. Click Save (or Send if attendees were added). If the room is available, it will be successfully reserved.
