How to Book the ADM Boardroom in Outlook Calendar

Use these steps when scheduling a meeting in the ADM Boardroom.
Step 1: Open Outlook Calendar
- Open Outlook and click on Calendar, then select New event.
Step 2: Select the ADM Boardroom Calendar
- At the top of the event window, click the Calendar drop-down.
- The calendar usually defaults to your personal calendar.
- From the list, select ADM Boardroom.
- Once selected, you should see ADM Boardroom listed at the top of the meeting window. This confirms the
event is being created on the Boardroom calendar.

Step 3: Create the Meeting
- Enter the meeting title.
- Set the date and start/end time.
- Add attendees if needed. Attendees will receive an email invitation, which adds the event to their personal calendars.
Step 4: Add the Room
- Click in Add a room or location.
- Type ADM Boardroom and select it from the suggestions.
Step 5: Save the Event

- Click Save (or Send if attendees were added). If the room is available, it will be successfully reserved.
