Instructions for iPad and iPhone
- Download the App for your device. Make sure to select “Webex” not “Webex Meetings” or any of the other Webex options.
- Tap Sign in
- Enter your EACS email address
- Tap Next
- You will be redirected to a Microsft Log in screen
- Enter your EACS email address again
- Tap Next
- Enter your password
- Tap Sign in
- You will be asked if you want to Allow Webex to Access the Microphone
- Tap Allow
- You will be asked if you want to Allow Webex to Send Notifications
- Tap Allow
- Tap your avatar in the upper left corner
- Tap Phone service
- Enter your username (not email address) and password
- Tap Sign in
- It will take a couple minutes to self provision your account. After it creates your calling account, it will give you a notification about Emergency Calling. The message is a warning that using a mobile device to call 911 may report the incorrect address of your location.
- Under the Phone Services section, it should now show that the Phone Service and Voicemail Service are both Connected
- Go back to your main screen
- At the bottom there is an option for Calling
- At the top, there are 10 dots for your number pad
- You can call internal numbers by dialing the regular 4 digit number. If you are making an outside call, you will still need to dial an “8” first.
Instructions for Android

- Open the ZENworks Application Window
- Double click on Webex to install
- Click Sign in
- Enter your EACS email address
- Click Next
- Click your avatar in the upper left corner
- Click Settings
- Click Phone Service

- Click Save
- At the left side there is a Phone icon for Calling
- You can call internal numbers by dialing the regular 4 digit number. If you are making an outside call, you will still need to dial an “8” first.
- Note: The ringer and alerts volume defaults to the loudest setting. To adjust the setting follow these steps:
- Click on your avatar in the upper left corner
- Click on Settings
- Click Audio
- Adjust the Volume level under Ringers and alerts
- Click Save
