- Go into the Settings app on the student's iPad
- Select General
- Scroll to the bottom of General and find “Transfer or Reset iPad”
- Select “Reset”
- Select “Reset Network Settings”
- Select “Reset”
- The iPad will go dark and a progress bar will appear with an Apple logo as it resets these settings. You may continue once the iPad turns back on.
- Go back into Settings and find the WiFi settings. Select EACSStudent
- Have the student enter their student ID and password and click “Join”
- Accept the certificate agreement that appears
- Confirm that the iPad is connected to EACSStudent WiFi using the following signs as confirmation.

Error commonly occurs when student is attempting to begin a test, and it will not allow them to continue.
