Step-by-Step Instructions
- Access the Batch Check Out feature by going to “Assets” → “Batch Check Out”
2. Type or scan the student number into the first search box
Student Info
On the right-hand side you will see the basic student information pull up. It will also note if the student already has a device checked out to them
3. Scan or type the device barcode into the second search box
4. You will see to the right a verification that the device has been checked out
