Accessing Voicemail From A Web Browser

This article will show you how to access your voicemail from a web browser and some of the features that you will have from accessing it this way.

You can only access this while you are at work.

In a web browser go to https://eacscxn1.eacs.k12.in.us/inbox
Log in with the same login that you use to log into your computer
The main screen will show you all of the messages you currently have in your voicemail box
1. Any new messages will be in bold
You can play a message by clicking the play button on the right side of the message
To access more settings on the a particular voicemail, click on the voicemail
1. The options change depending on if it is a voicemail from someone within the district or if it is someone outside of the district
  1. You can save a voicemail message by right clicking on the message.wav link and selecting Save Link As
  2. You also have options to Forward, Mark Unread, and Delete the Message for all voicemails
    1. For calls from inside of the district, you have the option to reply to the message
You can view Deleted voicemails by clicking the Deleted button
1. Here you are able to click the email and permanently delete it
2. If you want to delete ALL of your Deleted voicemails, you can click the Empty deleted items button
