Proxy Access - Removing People from Your Proxy List

If someone who had proxy access to your email, calendar, or other resources has changed positions and no longer needs access to your resources you will need to remove their access.

Outlook Desktop Client


  1. Click "File"
  2. Click "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Delegate Access"
  4. Highlight the person that you want to remove from having proxy access
  5. Click "Remove"
  6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 if there are multiple people that you want to remove access from
  7. Click "OK"


Outlook Web Client


You can not remove proxy access from the Web Client.
