- Open "Bus DVR Viewer" and sign in. This can be found in your ZENWorks Application Window. If you do not have this application, contact your building technician for approval and access.
- Press Play and then "Play File". This is where you will chose the bus camera footage from which you'll make your clip.
- Navigate to the bus footage file that you'd like to use and open it.
- Move through your footage until you reach the beginning of your prospective clip and click "Start Time" to select the time that the clip begins. When you reach the moment where you'd like to end the clip, press "End Time" to select the time that the clip ends. Note: if you manually input the times in the boxes above, this process will not work. You MUST use "Start Time" and "End Time".
- This window will appear. Select the ellipsis as shown above.
- Under "Save as Type", choose to save the file as an .AVI file and change the location to where you'd like to save it. You can also change the file name here, but that only serves to help you find the file later and has no effect on the file when it is burned to the disc.
- Once these files are exported, insert your disc into the disc drive and open Windows Media Player. Click "Burn"
- Click and drag the exported .avi files from the location you selected and into the "Drag items here" area. Your video files will show in the "Burn list" as shown above.
- Once ALL your video files have been added to this list, click "Start burn to begin burning them to the disc. The burn will be complete once the disc pops itself out of the drive.
